Trends in Information Security
Come to the June meeting and learn and talk about current trends in Information Security. As you see in the papers, the bad guys are not letting up. Even worse, we’re learning that some of our foundational technology has its own set of problems.
As security professionals, we have an obligation to our organizations to inform management of the threats and vulnerabilities that impact our ability to do business. To do that, we need to be active in professional organizations attended by our peers, be informed about the events around us and relate those events to our own situation so that we can correctly evaluate the risks that affect our organization and its infrastructure.
On June 26th, the Triad Chapter of ISSA will host a presentation that addresses the current cyberthreat landscape and give its members the opportunity to learn and share with other attendees the things that keep us up at night.
Whatever your favorite poison – DDOS, malware, identity theft, data breaches, cyber warfare – we promise our attendees an informed and spirited discussion that will provide lots of takeaways to carry back to your home turf.
usual times 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The meeting will be held at:
1180 S Main ST Kernersville NC 27284.
